Join Katie for this equally cozy and expansive journaling workshop where we will explore the theme of compassion. Our hour and a half together will include discussion; brief meditations; ample time to journal with the guidance of prompts; and time for sharing with each other. We will do this all in the comfort of community, surrounded by books and beauty in the upstairs co-working space of Lake Bound Books. Whether you are wanting some quiet time away from the hustle of daily life or wanting to deepen your on-going practice of journaling, this is the workshop for you. All are welcome.
Katie Thornton is local to Averill Park where she has lived for the past eight years with her family. Katie has been on an interweaving journey of education, yoga, writing and the natural world…
