Our conference room is designed for productivity and comfort, featuring a TV with streaming, private conference phone, whiteboard, and all the essentials - water, coffee, tea, notepads, and pens.
Gather around the conference table with seating for six in sleek leather chairs, perfect for meetings that matter.

Space Rental
2nd Floor Creative Hub | $149.99/Hr
Outside of coworking hours, our private second-floor lounge transforms into an inviting event space. With flexible tables and chairs, full WiFi, and presentation capabilities, it’s the perfect setting for workshops, meetings, or small gatherings.
Rentals available Saturday & Sunday.
Coworking Passes
2nd Floor Creative Hub
$19.99/Day | $199/Month
Experience coworking in our private 2nd-floor creative hub, complete with bottomless, locally roasted Gipfel coffee tea, water, and office supplies.
This all-day access pass gives you up to 9 hours to work your way in a quiet, inspiring environment reserved exclusively for coworking members; Choose from tables, couches, or armchairs and enjoy high-speed WiFi, charging stations, and all the office essentials you need to stay productive.
Reservation Info: All coworking sessions must be reserved daily, as we have a maximum of 10 seats per day. The reservation calendar opens immediately after membership purchase.
Available Tuesday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
Please Note: Our coworking hub is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. If you need handicap-accessible accommodations, we can easily arrange a first-floor workspace, just email info@lakeboundbookstore.com to customize your working day.

Lake Bound Podcast Studio
1st Floor Private Studio | $59.99/Hr
Our high-tech studio features a video interface with 3 customizable camera angles, 2 microphones with headsets, and a TV screen to display your logo or a custom background. Simply press record - no post-production needed - and take your podcast home on a flash drive immediately after your session.
You can also livestream directly to any platform of your choice. Your podcast will be provided immediately after your session, but please bring a USB or log in to your software for an easy transition.
Reservation Info: Hourly rentals provide flexibility, with a maximum of 8 hours available per weekday. Members may reserve their spaces up to 30 days in advance.
