Our Policies

Books, vinyl and merchandise purchased at Lake Bound Bookstore are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date if the item is in its original new condition and the customer has a valid receipt.

 

Customers will receive store credit via a gift card equal to the value of the returned item. We cannot accept returns for any items purchased online through our affiliate partners such as Bookshop.org or Libro.fm.

 

These items must be managed with those affiliates directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Modifying or Canceling a Reservation

​

Customers may modify or cancel their reservation through Square, as long as the change is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Reservations can be updated through your Customer Profile link or the unique appointment link provided at booking, allowing you to adjust the date, time, and service as needed.

If preferred, customers may also contact a Lake Bound Bookstore associate to modify or cancel a reservation in-store or by phone. There is no fee for changes or cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are non-refundable, and the cost of the Day Pass will be forfeited.

Lake Bound Bookstore Cancellation Policy:

For any co-working, room or event bookings, you must cancel 48 hours prior to your booking to receive a full refund. Any cancellations outside of that window of time are subject to the full price of the booking.

Recurring No-Show Policy

​

Members who repeatedly fail to show up for reserved coworking or meeting space may be charged a $19.99 fee per missed reservation. Additional details will be outlined in the Membership Terms and Conditions.
